Delays with NECA

I wish we had some idea about what is going on with NECA. Apparantly they had no idea about the demand for the 300 Spartan collectibles, specifically the 300 Spartan sword and Spartan helmets. To date, Replica Dungeon have gotten different dates from them when they would be expecting their next shipments. They had these pieces made overseas and placed a generous order size and when the film 300 released, everyone went wild. We literally sold over 1000 pieces in 3 days and in the first week alone, all the 300 Spartan swords and 300 Spartan helmets were completely SOLD OUT. NECA informed us they had to place a new order with the manufacturer and it would take a couple months for the items to be back in stock.

Since that time (early April) it has been well over 2 months and the latest reply I got from them this morning is...

"If we had an exact date or a week of when it would be in, we would give it to you. We do not have a week or an exact date of when they will be shipping."

Of course this does not help us at all nor does it get your items to you any faster. We can only relay to you what is going on and hope that these items will indeed be here this week or next.
If you have an order pending for shipment and would like to cancel the order, please do not hesitate to contact us at 252 442-4672 so we can manually issue you a refund. At this time, NECA is expecting their shipment and it should be within the next week. They really are fantastic pieces and worth the wait but we also understand patience levels can be pushed to the brink.
We apologize for these delays and wish we could go back in time and do things a little different but here we are...I just wanted to keep you informed.
